Raise the Bar Bootcamps – Kate and Becky

Kate and Becky are the women behind Raise the Bar Bootcamps, leading fun & dynamic outdoor fitness classes. They teach our online Bootcamp for Yogis class every Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm. This is bodyweight training so no gym equipment is needed – movements are adapted for your home.

Paul Dane – Gong Player

Paul shares the remarkable sounds and energies of the planetary gongs through festival performances, theatrical, private and public events. At a surface level, many people find the gong experience deeply relaxing. In sound healing, gongs are recognised as the most powerful tool available. Regular work with specific planetary gongs brings healing at physical, emotional and spiritual levels. It can also support the mind; as a catalyst for deep reflection, self realisation, inner growth, and transformation. Paul works with new gong practitioners during any stage of their journey. He believes that the best teacher of the gong is the gong.

Alice and Paul bring together Yoga with the vibration of the Gong at workshops and retreats, creating a fusion of movement, meditation and sound. This therapeutic blend inspires fluidity, creativity and an intuitive relationship to the self.


Lorena teaches a fun and caring mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow with Anusara elements. She creates strong, dynamic and powerful classes which deepen bodily awareness through good alignment and building strength and flexibility. Her classes provide a space for self awareness, connecting deeply with both stillness and movement in their bodies. The intention of Lorena’s classes is for the students to feel calmer and relaxed; more loving towards themselves so that they leave the class feeling uplifted.

Lorena teaches 2 online classes with us: 10-10:30 Meditation on Wednesday and 10-11am Rise and Shine Yoga on Sundays.
