Primal vinyasa workshop at Wasing Estate (In Person)

Saturday, 5 March '22 10:30am – 1:30pm GMT

Wasing Wellbeing & Yoga, The Pavilion, Wasing Park, Reading, RG7 4LY

Each of us is formed by our relationship to space. Through space we establish the boundaries of ourselves. As we explore less linear movement patterns, we can tease these edges and discover fresh territories and new possibilities.

Primal Vinyasa brings natural movement development together with the sacred wholeness of our elemental bodies & nature. It encourages us to be free from habitual, sedentary movement patterns and experience the wisdom of our bodies. This practice is great for anyone who wishes to explore fluid, functional mobility, thoughtful inquiry, diaphragmatic breathing and relaxation. It is accessible and movements can be adapted easily (we often use props).

Focus – Sensory processing – proprioception, interception & the vestibular system.

Practical – Learn primal vinyasa movements to heighten these lesser-known senses – e.g balancing block on hand.

Lighten your body and heighten your senses.
