A 2-hour recording of an online workshop
What would it be like to let go of the pressure to always do more? In a culture that focuses so much value on what we achieve, how do we discover our sense of worth outside of our social roles and busy status?
This is a Yin & Restorative Yoga workshop for anyone who would like to spend some time ‘being’ rather than ‘doing.’ It includes simple breath inquiries for presence and ease. There will be the option to journal or meditate throughout the workshop as well.
