Friday 29th Nov –  Sunday 1st Dec 2019

Testimonials from attendees of Earth Living Festival 2019:

“Wonderful job! Thank you so much for letting us spend a really relaxing and at the same time energizing day filled with good vibes!”

“I couldn’t stop smiling during the festival and hours later. It was absolutely wonderful.”

Testimonial from Yoga Retreat at Monkton Wyld Court, 2018

“I’ve been doing yoga now for nearly 2 years I think, and hadn’t appreciated what a hold it would take on me. When the opportunity to go on a yoga retreat came along I was really unsure of what to expect and whether I would enjoy it. But, it was amazing! The weekend was full of opportunity to relax and restore in a stunning location with some fabulous people. I have come away from the weekend with some new friends and an even greater love of yoga. I can’t wait for the next one!” – Tanya Roberts

Join us for a peaceful weekend of restoring balance, sparking your creativity & reconnecting to nature. As a group of holistic practitioners and artists, we are passionate about holding space for others to renew their connection to themselves, to each other and to this living planet. The weekend includes a variety of activities and experiences that are welcoming to all: Yoga, Sound Healing, Arts Activities and Nature Walks.

About the Yoga

Alice (Alice May Yoga) will guide various Yoga sessions (including meditation & breathing). The morning classes are designed to uplift & energise, while the late afternoon Yoga classes will have a gentler focus, with bolsters, blankets and Restorative Yoga/Yoga Nidra practices.

Retreat Highlights

We are blessed to be bringing together the following soulful and skillful practitioners from the Earth Living Festival 2019, to share their practices with you all:

  • Paul Dane from Gong Space guides an evening Gong and Drum bath; a sound relaxation to ease you into a peaceful night’s sleep.
  • Our local Reading artist, Julie Le Fevre, will be running a crafting session teaching you how to make a Bee Skep.
  • Natalie Ganpatsingh- founder of Nature Nurture in Reading- leads an interactive nature walk; a journey towards rewilding.
  • A creativity workshop will be hosted by local artist, Jennifer Leach, who is founder of Outrider Anthems; a community invested in creating positive change for Earth.
  • A variety of holistic treatments will be available over the weekend with the lovely Andrea Ryan- our very popular therapist from the last retreat!

Further details on these to be revealed in the next couple of months..
