A restful retreat close to home at the beautiful Thames Lido.
The purpose of this day is provide a space for you to unwind, reset and reconnect with gentle, yet powerful, forms of yoga. Breath mapping, mobilisation, somatic movement and relaxation; we offer these pillars of support for you to journey into your inner landscape, discover your intentions for 2020 and build sustainable foundations for these visions.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of student. The vegetarian lunch is included in the workshop price. Equipment provided.
Sophie’s learning and teaching include different forms of yoga and movement including Ashtanga & Iyengar Yoga, Feldenkrais, FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) and strength training. She enjoys mixing these disciplines into her practice and teaching.
ABOUT ALICE (ALICE MAY YOGA)
Alice has been teaching various forms of Yoga since 2015. She is trained in Primal Vinyasa, often weaving evolutionary & functional movement development into her classes. She loves the self-inquiry that Yoga opens us up to.
Opening Circle followed by breathing practices & somatic movement, joint mobilisation and flowing Yoga sequences.
A delicious tapas lunch, with vegan/vegetarian options.
An outdoor Walking Meditation by the River Thames
Settle into deep rest and relaxation, snuggling up with bolsters, lavender eye bags and blankets for restorative Yoga and a Yoga Nidra for realising your intentions.
