Join Kajal and Alice (Alice May Yoga) on Saturday 2nd Nov for our Wellbeing Day Retreat (from 10am – 5pm), a day dedicated to YOU and designed to help balance your mind, body and soul.

Our Wellbeing Day Retreat is an intensive ‘self-care’ day designed to help you slow down, detach from your ‘life’ and create a healthy relationship with your mind and body.
As a wellbeing therapist and master chef, Kajal brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of wellbeing and she’s looking forward to sharing this special day with you.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and meditation. Walking shoes/boots and suitable clothing for cold or wet weather.
