2 hour recording of an Online Workshop
What would it be like to let go of the pressure to always do more? In a culture that focuses so much value on what we achieve, how do we discover our sense of worth outside of our social roles and busy status?
This is a Yin & Restorative Yoga workshop for anyone who would like to spend some time ‘being’ rather than ‘doing.’ It includes simple breath inquiries for presence and ease. There will be the option to journal or meditate throughout the workshop as well.
We will also connect to the archetype of the medicine woman, (who is represented by Dhumavati in the mythology of yoga), through mantra (song) and story. As ‘the smoky one’ she teaches us how to embrace those times of invisibility and find acceptance in ourselves, without needing outside approval.
